An estimated 8-12 million tonnes of plastic enters our oceans every year and this is expected to triple by 2040.Most of it comes from Asia, which is why we focus our plastic collection efforts in Southeast Asian coastal communities with no formal waste infrastructure.

We provide an economic incentive for people to collect this rubbish before it becomes microplastics or ocean plastic.

By working closely and responsibly with communities in these areas, we can clean up the environment AND have positive social impact.
